Gratitude

We spend too much time rushing around trying to get through work, or trying to deal with the problems we face on a daily basis that sometimes we forget to stop and be grateful. It's too easy to focus on the negatives and forget the positives. Here's some things I am grateful for:






I am loved.
I am safe.
I have a family.
I have a heartbeat.
I am breathing.
I am secure.
I am happy.
I have food.
I have a home.
I have friends.
I have an education.
I have a job.
I am. I am. I am.
