Everyone has days when they feel like absolute rubbish, and it's too easy to fall into the trap of staying in that bad mood. But no, things will not stay that way! My happy list is full of things I like to do when I feel like rubbish:


  • Read Harry Potter
  • Read anything
  • Listen to music (usually Chris Young)
  • Knit something
  • Look at photos of puppies
  • Have a cup of tea
  • Watch the sunset
  • Watch a film
  • Bake something
  • Writing anything
  • Travel somewhere
  • Do a wordsearch
  • Draw
  • Sing (terribly)
  • Dance to Spice Girls
  • Nap
  • Call someone
  • Read terrible puns
  • Go for a walk
  • Yoga
